Los Angeles Dodger Pride Rewards
Project Summary
LA Dodger Pride Rewards was an onboarding app made simple for season ticket holders to access what is important to them within the MLB Los Angeles Dodgers App. I created this experience of fan check in and reward redemption with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The new feature was successful within the Los Angeles Dodgers mobile app and continued to be live within their app for two seasons.
Goal
This project was designed in 2016-17 to enhance the season ticket holder experience and provide an on-site location to redeem rewards when checking into a game through the app or in-stadium kiosks. This became a gamified experience as each check-in became a chance to win prizes provided by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Role
I was the visual designer on this project designing with the Los Angeles Dodgers brand style guide to maintain their marketed design for that season while creating a user interface their fans have never seen before. During my design process I collaborated with the Dodgers’ stakeholders and Xperiel sales, PMs, and engineering team updating the UI designs to fit the current season’s theme.
